Christian Jakubowski

Christian has been boxing and coaching boxing for more than 15 years. He was the winner of the Middle Weight Golden Gloves in Detroit, MI as well as the Motor City Diamond Gloves and Wild Card Games. A graduate of the University of Michigan, he served as President of the U of M Boxing Club for three years. He has also trained and coached at Uncle Sam's Boxing Gym in Troy, NY and the Santa Clara PAL Boxing Gym in Santa Clara, CA. He is USA Boxing certified to coach boxing and operate a gym.

Dot Deihl

Dot holds a doctorate in Exercise Physiology. She is a professor at Plymouth State University where she has taught exercise science, sports, fitness, and movement activities for nearly 30 years. She is a certified Pilates instructor in both mat work and equipment from the Physical Mind Institute.

Erica Gilbert

Assistant Director Erica is a graduate of PSU with a dance and health degree. A former member of PSU's Contemporary Dance Ensemble and the PSU Dance Team, she has studied with the Dance Teachers Club of Boston and interned at the famous Broadway Dance Center in New York City. She stays current with the trends in dance by continually attending master workshops with the dance elite in both Boston and NYC. She is a certified group fitness instructor and certified cheerleading judge.

Amanda Schiller

Amanda danced as a company member and guest artist for the Amy Marshall Dance Company, Nathan Trice/RITUALS, Ann Carlson, Mark Dendy, Ann Reinking, and continues to be a guest artist for Lorraine Chapman-The Company in Boston. She has conducted over 100 master classes at universities, public and private schools across the nation. She is the recipient of the J.S. Seidman Award from her alma mater New York University. She is a certified Personal Trainer.

Christine Litton

Christine teaches our Yoga classes, great for the beginner, casual, or serious student, Christine's classes focus on gentle movements that will increase strength, provide better balance & flexibility, and improve overall health.
